James Concealed Carry Hooded Jacket

We added a draw cord to the hood, ribbed storm cuffs, elasticized waist band and large action pleats in the back guaranteed not to restrict movement.  Hand warmer pockets and an external zipped security pocket hidden under the right side flap, writing equipment can be stored in the sleeve pocket.
